Automations
The housekeeping you’d never get around to, on a schedule or whenever you ask.
Open Automations in the sidebar to turn each one on, set how often it runs, and see what past runs did. Each automation has fixed limits on what it may change. Gleanary enforces those limits itself, not the model.

Reviewing proposals
Section titled “Reviewing proposals”Automations that propose changes list them under To review. Choose Review N… to check them. Nothing changes in your library until you apply them. See Review changes.
To reverse a run, choose Undo next to it in the run history.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Each automation that uses AI has a daily limit, Model calls per day.
To keep an automation on your Mac, turn off Allow ChatGPT. It then runs only when your provider is On-device, and skips its run otherwise.
